Natasha

I'm a coach and consultant with over two decades of experience in tech, marketing, retail, and fashion.

Eight years at Shopify as a Senior Brand Marketer during the company's early growth, leading influencer, experiential, community, and employer brand programs, taught me how to build for scale, work across teams, and grow with an organization as it evolves.

Working closely alongside entrepreneurs and organizations shaped how I think and work today. That experience is what grounds everything I do now. I coach women founders through the real work of running a business and partner with organizations on brand, community, and culture initiatives that create genuine connection.

I'm a natural connector, passionate about bringing people together and building communities where people feel a real sense of belonging. I also co-founded Re-Work, a community helping people reshape their relationship with work and productivity.

Outside of work: travel, gardening, vintage shopping, family time, and art therapy.

My Journey

A winding road through four diverse careers before 40 — from fashion to tech to creative entrepreneurship. Each chapter has its highs and lows, and all of it shaped the coach and consultant I am today.

Fashion — Chapter 1: My journey began in retail fashion in Brantford, Ontario. Studying fashion and design in Toronto led me to Montreal, where I worked at the head offices of two major Canadian fashion companies. After a decade, I recognized the toxicity of the industry and decided it was time for a change.

Creative Entrepreneur — Chapter 2: I ventured into creative entrepreneurship, launching community experiences and pop-up shops in Toronto. Eventually, I quit my job to pursue it full-time. Looking back, this chapter was laying groundwork I didn't fully appreciate yet.

Tech — Chapter 3: A tech startup looking for help with community building caught my attention. What followed was eight years of helping transform that startup into one of Canada's largest tech companies. I grew into a seasoned Brand Marketer and learned what it really takes to build something at scale.

Burnout — Chapter 4: After years of back-to-back projects, the pandemic forced a pause. I left the tech world at the end of 2021 and took an intentional rest and healing journey. That time off gave birth to Re-Work, a community co-founded with Chantaie Allick, focused on reshaping our relationship with work and productivity.

Coaching & Consulting — Chapter 5: Throughout every chapter, I was working closely with entrepreneurs, watching how they built, where they got stuck, and what they needed to keep moving. From scrappy startups to established brands, those relationships taught me as much as any role I held. That proximity to founders, understanding both the excitement and the weight of running something, is what grounds my coaching today. It's also what makes me comfortable working across the spectrum, from large organizations to small business owners building something from scratch.
